1 Introduction and Eligibility

fre99 (www.fre99.cam) is an online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fre99 and any user of this platform. 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the combined total of the deposit amount and bonus must be completed. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the total wagering required is ৳50,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Once credited to the account, bonuses must be used within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The results of all games and bets on fre99 are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a result is inconsistent due to a technical error, fre99 reserves the right to cancel the bet.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the data recorded on the server will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup), kabaddi and other sports. If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the related bet will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino

If a connection is lost due to a technical issue in a live dealer game, the result recorded on the server after the dealer's action is completed will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fre99 platform:

• Placing bets or conducting transactions using another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

• Using hacking, software bots or any other automated tools.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

fre99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide KYC documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

8.2 Closure at User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time. Before submitting an account closure request, please complete all applicable wagering requirements and withdraw any available balance.

9 Limitation of Liability
